1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 3kbd platform ("Platform" or "3kbd") and its users ("User" or "you"). These Terms apply to 3kbd's website, mobile application, gaming services and all related services.

By accessing the 3kbd platform, creating an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

• User: Any person who uses the services through a registered account on 3kbd.
• Account: A user's personal registered profile on 3kbd.

• Turnover Requirement / Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place bets at a specified multiplier before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21+, that is, twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• You must be a legally competent individual with the right to enter into legal agreements in your own name.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account on 3kbd, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Use only a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is a technical delay, please notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3kbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling ten times the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may only be valid on specified games and markets.

• 3kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on the 3kbd platform are governed by the following general rules:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless specifically approved by 3kbd.
• Bets processed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• The outcome of any game is determined by the server of the third-party provider (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, etc.) — these are independent and verifiable.
• 3kbd reserves the right to void any bet if suspicious activity or evidence of manipulation is found.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on various international and local sports events including cricket, football and table tennis.
• Bets are not accepted after an event has started (except for live betting).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 3kbd's own policy.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.
• Game outcomes are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• The maximum bet limit for a game is determined by the account balance and the game provider's policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kbd platform and are subject to penalties:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or false information
• Applying coordinated or artificial betting strategies to gain bonus advantages (arbitrage, Martingale schemes, etc.)
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs
• Using automated bots, scripts or third-party software to conduct gaming
• Processing funds from illegal financial sources through the platform (money laundering)
• Attempting to collect or misuse another user's account information
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures

8. Privacy and Security

• Users' financial information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kbd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3kbd. Users may use platform content only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission from 3kbd is strictly prohibited. The intellectual property rights of third-party game content are retained by the respective game providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3kbd will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by the user's carelessness or negligence
• Disruption or loss caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game developers)
• Loss due to internet disconnection or technical failure
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, government directives, or circumstances beyond our control

11. Account Suspension and Closure

3kbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

11.2 Account Closure by the User

12. Changes to Terms

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 3kbd and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these terms.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
